2022 Year In Review
Like most Minnesota photographers, I am in a reflective mood this time of year. This time after Christmas and the start of the new year feels like a gift from the universe. The hustle of the holiday is replaced with time and space to reflect, and renew for the upcoming year. And as I do, I am feeling grateful.
For my family, my friends, my clients.
The opportunity to meet other pet loving people and create artwork for them.
Health. Abundance. The list is long.
As I reflect on the year, I am reminded of so many fun custom pet portrait sessions. I am sharing the Best Of Pawsh, 2022 edition. Enjoy.
Best Dressed
Maggie with her custom kerchief. Adorbs.
Best Eyes
Aussies and their baby blues. Need I say more? This was stunning as large metal fine art canvas.
Best Cat-itude
Pet photographers, especially those of us who are cat photographers, are used to cats behaving like cats. Cooper here was over his custom pet studio session - he was letting us know that he did not appreciate his canine brother getting so close for a sibling picture.
Most Curious
This darling adolescent kitten was very interested in the treats I was holding above my camera lens. I shared the treat as soon as I took this picture. Cats and studio photography are a winning combo. Everybody was happy.
Best Pumpkin Spice Vibe
Milo and his buffalo plaid plus vibrant red foliage = one stunning custom dog portrait. You should see the framed artwork in a rustic frame. Stunning.
Best Flower Crown
Pumpernickel’s mom made her an adorable flower crown. And we photographed her in the garden, because it’s adorable. Also pets are family. And families that pose together stay together.
Sweetest Family Photo
So connected, so much love.
Best Smile
Need I say more?
Longest Legs
Ed, the Great Dane.
Shortest Legs
Good dogs come in small packages.
Most Trained
This is Luna. She really loves her training time.
In Loving Memory of Zipper
Much loved cat in residence at Pet Haven MN.
